    Wow, you have an amazing track record! If I was looking for a beginners’ crash-course on agile software development (and maybe scrum?), where would you recommend that I’d start?

    Books? Web sites? Blogs? Picking your brain? 🙂

    I’m not a developer myself, but I am preparing to project-manage my first agile R&D project, with external developer resource.
