Päätehtävät: 1) teknisten kysymysten tietokantaan saapuvien teknisten kysymysten, vianhallintajärjestämään saapuvien sisäisten ja asiakasvikaraporttien sekä kolmannen osapuolen teknisten kysymysten ja vikaraporttien koordinointi, 2) asiakasvikatilanteen seuranta tekniseen tukeen liittyvien toimenpiteiden kautta, 3) vianhallintapalavereiden puheenjohtajuus, 4) tuotetuen työohjeen päivittäminen ja kouluttaminen, 5) perehdyttäminen, 6) vianhallintajärjestämän loppukäyttäjien tukeminen ongelmatilanteissa Key User-, Power User- ja Local Concept Owner-roolien kautta sekä teknisten kysymysten tietokannassa työskentelyä ja loppukäyttäjien tukemista ongelmatilanteissa Active Agent-, Key User- ja Queue Manager-roolien kautta ja 7) työkalukoulutusten suunnittelu ja pitäminen.
